THE EXPERIENCE

The day begins in El Chaltén before entering peaceful lenga forests that cover the lower slopes of the mountain.

As we gain altitude, the forest gradually opens to rocky terrain where the scenery becomes increasingly dramatic. Every step reveals new perspectives over the valleys carved by ancient glaciers.

Reaching Loma de las Pizarras feels like arriving at a natural balcony above Patagonia. Here we pause to enjoy lunch while surrounded by some of the most spectacular mountain scenery in Argentina.

After taking time to explore, photograph and appreciate the landscape, we begin our descent following the same trail back to El Chaltén.
