Summer brings long daylight and milder temperatures, but wind, rapid cooling and sudden rain remain possible. Keep your protective layers in the pack even when the morning is clear.

  • Waterproof, windproof jacket with a hood
  • Fleece or light insulated midlayer
  • Quick-drying base layer—never cotton
  • Flexible, quick-drying hiking trousers
  • Broken-in trekking footwear with reliable grip
  • Comfortable daypack with internal dry storage
  • Food and water according to your booking details
