We understand that mountain travel requires flexibility. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our team.
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the departure date will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable bank or payment processing fees.
Cancellations made 15 to 29 days before departure will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before departure are non-refundable.
If you are unable to join your scheduled trip due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible.
Whenever availability allows, we will gladly reschedule your booking to a new date without additional penalties. Date changes are subject to availability and must be requested before the scheduled departure.
Your safety is always our highest priority.
If weather conditions or any other safety-related circumstances prevent the trip from operating, Fitz Roy Expediciones will offer one of the following options:
Reschedule the excursion to the next available departure.
The final decision regarding weather and mountain safety rests exclusively with our guides and operations team.
Fitz Roy Expediciones cannot be held responsible for delays, cancellations or itinerary changes caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, road closures, government restrictions or other force majeure events. In these cases, we will always work to provide the best possible alternative.
Guests who do not arrive at the designated meeting point at the agreed time without prior notice will be considered a No Show, and no refund will apply.
By confirming a reservation, guests acknowledge that they have read and accepted these Cancellation Policies.
